Innovative Finance & Social Enterprises

ISLP provides legal support to scaling social enterprises and investment initiatives that are focused on development issues such as energy, public health, and poverty reduction in the Global South. We support small- and medium-sized enterprises and nascent investment initiatives on a range of matters including general corporate and governance issues as well as discrete transactional matters, including the design and structuring of investment vehicles. We also partner with local legal bar associations for knowledge sharing and capacity building, as part of ISLP’s goal of fostering vibrant local ecosystems that enable social innovation and entrepreneurship to thrive.
