We’re excited to share with you our new publication, the Private Investment Funds Governance Handbook. The ISLP team, in partnership with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, acting pro bono publico, prepared the handbook to help impact investment fund promoters and managers gain a greater practical understanding of legal matters that may arise in launching and operating their impact funds.

By tapping into private investable capital, impact investing can expand the resources needed to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals. It is with this background in mind that ISLP developed this handbook: to provide important knowledge on the most frequent legal questions relevant to impact funds, at a moment when supporting impact investing is vital to address the most complex global issues of our time and advance the SDGs.

We would love to hear your feedback! Feel free to write to us in the comments or by email at info@islp.org if you want to find out more about our work in the field of Innovative Finance & Social Enterprises.
