With deep expertise across a number of sectors and regions, ISLP works to enhance management of natural resources and improve access to energy and energy innovations, particularly to underserved areas. Legal support includes:
- negotiating and structuring transactions, including public-private partnerships, foreign investment, and climate financing
- law and regulatory review and reform support, taking into account comparative and industry best practices
- practical capacity-building that complements local expertise — including workshops, toolkits, handbooks, publications
- legal research and strategic advice on comparative approaches and legal frameworks
