ISLP is supporting Zambia’s National Prosecution Authority to deliver an ongoing Financial Investigations and Asset Recovery training program. The July-August 2026 webinar series is designed to equip investigators with the knowledge and practical tools required to navigate increasingly sophisticated financial crime schemes, leverage diverse sources of financial intelligence, understand emerging technologies, and develop legally sound evidence capable of supporting successful investigations and prosecutions. The trainings tackle subjects such as collecting, corroborating, and preserving evidence for a defensible investigative record, including the evolving challenges posed by digital evidence trails involving social media, messaging apps, blockchain, crypto, cloud records, mobile metadata, and more. The program is organized by the Southern African Institute for Policy and Research (SAIPAR) in collaboration with the National Prosecution Authority, Irish Rule of Law International, and other partners. ISLP volunteers from Ropes & Gray, Womble Bond Dickinson, White & Case, and Morgan Stanley are bringing their expertise to the program including developing the curriculum and preparing and delivering the webinars.
