The second webinar in the CATA-International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) collaborative coal-to-clean fundamentals series will be held on November 4, 2026, 9am-10:30 AM ET and will focus on negotiation strategy and legal pathways. It will feature Akin lawyers Ike Emehelu, Matt Rountree, Cesar Gimenez Villamil, and Felipe Nazar Pagani along with Koben Calhounof CATA and ISLP Director of PRograms Laura Pavlovic.Greg Mowles-Van Der Gaag of The Carbon Trust will moderate. The series is being developed to support the coal-to-clean ecosystem through knowledge-sharing and capacity building on key legal and regulatory topics relevant to coal-to-clean transitions.
