This International Senior Lawyers Project webinar examined the evolving role of technology in dispute resolution, exploring how digital tools, including AI and automation, are reshaping legal disputes and presenting both both opportunities and challenges. Speakers Scot Loughlin and Katy Milner of Hogan Lovells and Patricia Nyati of Liquid Technologies and the Law Association of Zambia shared insights into how digital tools are being integrated into legal practice, from case management and evidence review to decision-making. They highlighted the potential of AI to improve efficiency, access, and consistency in dispute resolution, while also addressing critical concerns around transparency, bias, accountability, and ethical use.
