In February 2018, the State Counsels in the Ministry of Justice of The Gambia have took part in a capacity building training organized by ISLP titled “Project Development and Finance: Allocation and Mitigation of Risks for a Host Government”. The training was executed with the support of the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives and delivered by Marc Hammerson and Inderveer Hothi of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer and Feld.
Katerina Drisi, Program Director for Sustainable Development, and Alessandra Mistura, Former ISLP Legal Fellow seconded within the Ministry of Justice in The Gambia, took part to the training and delivered ISLP’s greetings to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Hon. Tambadou and to the Solicitor General, Mr Cherno Marenah.
