As the OECD prepares to release expanded guidance on the proposed global minimum tax, the International Senior Lawyers Project (ISLP) and the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD) have released A Guide for Developing Countries on How to Understand and Adapt to the Global Minimum Tax as a draft for public consultation.

ISLP and IISD designed the guide to help policymakers in developing countries navigate the shifting landscape of international taxation as the world moves toward adopting a global minimum tax.

Please join us for a virtual launch event this Thursday, where the authors will present the guide, discuss key issues with a panel of experts, and invite feedback and comments from participants.
